After registering, you automatically receive BASIC level membership.
Your digital card will be sent to you by email, and you can save it to your mobile phone with a single click.
📈 Once you spend CZK 30,000, you automatically become a PREMIUM member.
For every CZK 100 spent at any Familia CRUZ establishment, you will receive points:
BASIC: 5 points
PREMIUM: 10 points
💡 Example: If you spend CZK 450 with us, you will receive 20 points (calculated in increments of 100).
You can redeem your collected points on your next visit – up to 50% of the total bill.
You pay the remaining 50% as usual and earn additional points on that amount.
💡 Example: You have 500 points = CZK 500. From a bill of CZK 1,000, you can pay half with points and half with a card or cash. You earn additional points for spending in cash or by card.
To record your spending and redeem your bonus, always use your Familia CRUZ card and present it to the staff when requesting the bill.
